The banquettes created for the space are a departure for this stately club. The membership had not embraced the concept of banquette seating until the designer proposed constructing the pieces with Cellura Designs, Inc. The seating was made slightly deeper than the usual restaurant style banquet. Warm solid oak framing was finished to match the existing raised paneling in the space. The result maintains the sopistication of this stately room while adding needed comfortable seating. It has become the most requested seat in the club.
